Anti-Virus Protection

Your email arrives virus free. All email is scanned and cleaned of viruses by the leading virus-scanning software before being sent to your network. With 95% of virus attacks coming from email viruses - we stop viruses before they reach you. We update our anti-virus systems around the clock.

Spam filter catches 97-99% of junk mail

Studies say 80% of email is junk. With our exclusive EnterpriseMail Spam technology junk mail is identified at the server level so it never reaches your email inbox. Instead, spam is sent to a Junk Mail folder for later review. Each email account can set its own spam-sensitivity level. Our spam filters and heuristics programs are continuously updated to match current spam threats, effectively eliminating 97-99% of all junk mail. Our junk mail filter also "learns" as it goes, so false positives are quickly eliminated. The ability to make your own "white lists" (also called "safe lists") is included.

Email Archival

Is your business required to keep a permanent archive of all email sent or received by your company and employees? EnterpriseMail Logging works behind the scenes to copy and archive email automatically. Email Logging works for both inbound and outbound mail and can be enabled upon request.

Multiple Access Methods

  • POP3/IMAP Access: Continue to use your existing email software that you're familiar with. EnterpriseMail seamlessly integrates with desktop email programs like Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora and Netscape. You can also import your address book and calendar from other programs into the web access page so you are never without your personal information.
  • SMTP Outgoing Mail Service: Included with EnterpriseMail is SMTP outgoing email service. There is no need to reconfigure your email settings when you go on the road. Your settings never change; as long as you have access to the Internet you have access to your email.
  • Web Access: EnterpriseMail also comes standard with WebMail - Web based email access. WebMail is great for checking your email at home, on the road or anywhere else outside of the office. WebMail is simple to use and doesn't require a set up, it's so easy that some of our customers don't bother using another email program.

Disk Space

Limits are not going to help you do business. We don't impose restrictions on mailbox size or charge for temporary disk space usage. Send emails with large attachments. Additional temporary disk space is FREE, just download your email at least once per month.

Still need permanent storage? 1GB, 10GB, and 100GB plans are available. Please call us at 858-573-2323 if you have any questions about your disk space needs. Because we do not charge for temporary disk space usage, we can offer lower rates than other email services.

Information Management

More than just a business email solution, EnterpriseMail includes a group calendar that allows everyone in your domain to set and view schedules. Also included is the ability to easily share files. With our File Sharing feature it's no longer necessary to transfer files attached to your email. Through WebMail your files are simply uploaded to a repository where everyone you wish can quickly download and view the file. All this is designed to increase your office productivity.
